Our lamb, sheep and goat line expertly run by our team of internationally-licensed professionals, allows for processing of over 2000 heads per day, in both standard, Halal and Kosher slaughter.
The process is strictly supervised by a crew of highly-qualified state and in-house veterinarians, to ensure the perfect health, safety and standard of each and every one of our products.
